La chirurgia estetica si evolve giorno dopo giorno e, a prescindere dal fatto che si possa essere d’accordo sul sottoporsi a tali interventi o meno, è innegabile che sempre più persone ricorrono al chirurgo per migliorare alcune parti del proprio corpo, in particolare glutei, addome e interno coscia. Una delle nuove tecniche di chirurgia estetica che sta andando per la maggiore è la lipostruttura: cerchiamo di capire di cosa si tratta.
Cos’è la lipostruttura
La lipostruttura è la moderna evoluzione del lipoffiling, perfeziona tata dal chirurgo plastico americano Sidney Coleman e consiste nel trasferire le cellule adipose in eccesso presenti in alcune parti del colpo, a quelle zone delle quali si vuole aumentare il volume oppure migliorare la forma.
Come funziona la lipostruttura
Il grasso in eccesso presente in alcune zone, soprattutto addome, fianchi e interno delle ginocchia, viene aspirato attraverso una lipoaspirazione, dopodiché viene sottoposto a un processo di depurazione in modo da fargli perdere le parti liquide e i residui di sangue che farebbero ridurre la capacità di attecchimento, per poi passare, finalmente, alla fase di reimpianto. Il grasso “purificato” viene depositato nelle zone che si intendono riempire o rimodellare attraverso delle piccole gocce che assicurano l’attecchimento grazie alla presenza degli elementi nutritivi forniti dai capillari della zona nella quale il grasso viene iniettato.
Secondo delle teorie scientifiche, reinserendo il grasso si assisterebbe a una manipolazione dei tessuti che cambierebbero la loro struttura: in pratica, il grasso impiantato, in breve tempo, è in grado di assumere la struttura del tessuto che ha vicino.
La durata dei risultati della lipostruttura
La vera novità, che poi è la causa del grande successo che sta avendo la lipostruttura, è che in molti casi è sufficiente un solo intervento per ottenere dei risultati duraturi; il grasso trapiantato attecchisce subito e poi segue il naturale invecchiamento del corpo, al limite, in caso di necessità, si può ricorrere a un ritocco a distanza di quattro mesi.
Parti del corpo per le quali si può ricorrere a lipostruttura
I glutei sono al primo posto nella classifica delle parti del corpo che vengono sottoposte a lipostruttura; in particolare, si ricorre a questa tecnica per ridisegnare, risollevare e rassodare glutei cadenti o per rendere più rotondi i glutei piatti.
La lipostruttura, inoltre, viene usata anche per migliore delle irregolarità del corpo dovuti ad incidenti, interventi chirurgici e cicatrici; addirittura, tramite questa tecnica si possono ringiovanire le mani che tendono a diventare magre con l’età.
Anche il viso può essere sottoposto ad interventi di lipostruttura, in quanto questa tecnica consente di rinforzare la struttura delle guance, della fronte, del mento e della bocca, oltre ad essere usata per aumentare il volume degli zigomi e per riempire i solchi sotto le palpebre, insomma, la lipostruttura è una specie di lifting naturale a poco invasivo rispetto ad altri interventi di chirurgia estetica.
Lipostruttura, gli effetti collaterali
La lipostruttura si effettua in anestesia locale e generalmente non servono neanche i punti di sutura, perciò non rimangono le cicatrici; possono apparire delle ecchimosi, un po’ di gonfiore e bisogna tenere dei cerotti sulle parti trattate, ma nel giro di qualche giorno è possibile toglierli.
Tuttavia, al pari di qualsiasi intervento chirurgico, ci possono essere degli effetti collaterali, quali gonfiore prolungato, correzione eccessiva o insufficiente, irregolarità della superficie trattata, pigmentazione delle aree sottoposte a intervento e, seppur in pochi casi, riassorbimento parziale del grasso innestato che non è riuscito ad attecchire bene. Inoltre, la lipostruttura non dà buoni risultati nel trattamento delle rughe sottili e superficiali perché il grasso va infiltrato in profondità, e non è indicata per rimodellare il seno a causa della possibile calcificazione del grasso infiltrato.
