Caffè e prima colazione: attenzione alla linea!

Le nostre colazioni sono sempre accompagnate da cibi e bevande che variano in base ai valori nutrizionali ma anche in base alle calorie. In genere, la bevanda maggiormente preferita nella prima colazione è il caffè che può essere bevuto amaro, zuccherato, macchiato, ecc. Il caffè, di per sè, non contiene calorie: una tazzina di espresso o di caffè americano contengono circa 2-3 calorie a tazzina.

Il discorso cambia se la tazzina, oltre a contenere il caffé, contiene altri alimenti. Per esempio, una tazzina di caffé zuccherato fa lievitare le calorie a 100! Mentre se amiamo il caffelatte, le calorie che ingeriamo con un semplice e innocente bicchiere salgono a ben 190! Ma proviamo a mettere a confronto le calorie del caffé o delle bevande con caffé in genere assunte durante la prima colazione o durante la pausa mattutina.

  • caffè espresso amaro: 3 calorie;
  • caffè macchiato: 10 calorie;
  • caffè macchiato con un cucchiaino di zucchero: 20 calorie;
  • tazzina di crema di caffè: 21.6 calorie ;
  • caffè marocchino: 55 calorie;
  • cappuccino senza zucchero: 80 calorie;
  • cappuccino zuccherato: 100 calorie;
  • bicchiere di caffelatte: 190 calorie.

E’ evidente come il numero di calorie assunte a colazione possa lievitare fortemente a seconda della bevanda che scegliamo di bere, meglio, se si sta seguendo una dieta ipocalorica imparare a bere il caffè amaro. Inoltre, un moderato consumo quotidiano di caffè dona innumerevoli vantaggi per il benessere del corpo. In primo luogo, il caffé è particolarmente indicato per coloro i quali soffrono di diabete, infatti, il suo consumo riduce l’assorbimento degli zuccheri.

Altra proprietà del caffè è data dalla sua capacità di prevenire la comparsa della gotta dopo la menopausa. Infine, non va dimenticato un ultimo e forse più importante valore del caffè durante la prima colazione: svegliarci! Già il suo buon odore aiuta a carburare e il suo sapore aiuta ad iniziare la giornata con una buona carica di energia.
