Ridurre i fianchi con gli esercizi giusti

La prova costume si fa sempre più vicina, come fare, allora per ridurre i fianchi e avere un girovita da capogiro?… sebbene l’adipe sia particolarmente affezionato ai nostri fianchi, eliminare il grasso in eccesso non è sempre un impresa impossibile, soprattutto se seguirete i nostri consigli!

Ci sono esercizi, infatti, molto semplici da fare comodamente in casa, senza spendere soldi in palestra o in trattamenti estetici professionali, a patto che siate costanti e regolari, abbiniate un’adeguata attività aerobica e che seguiate una dieta a basso contenuto calorico. Come dice un vecchio adagio, chi bello vuole apparire, un poco deve soffrire…

Di tutti questi esercizi, occorre fare 3 serie da 20 ripetizioni ciascuna, con un recupero di 1 minuto tra una serie e l’altra.

Rotazione del busto con bastone

Sedetevi con la schiena dritta e posizionate un bastone, della lunghezza simile a quella di un manico di scopa, dietro la nuca, impugnandolo con le mani più larghe rispetto alle spalle. Mantenendo la testa dritta, con gambe e piedi uniti, ruotate il busto e le spalle, sempre in asse, portando l’estremità del bastone in avanti il più possibile.

Flessione delle braccia con bilancieri

In piedi, con la schiena ben dritta, le gambe e i piedi uniti, impugnate 2 bilancieri e con le braccia tese verso il basso, piegarsi prima a destra e poi a sinistra.

Molleggiamento delle braccia in alto

In piedi, a gambe divaricate, sollevate il braccio destro in alto e stendetelo verso sinistra, appoggiandolo all’orecchio destro, molleggiate per 3 volte. Ripetete l’esercizio con il braccio sinistro, flettendolo verso destra.

Flessione delle gambe verso l’alto

Allungatevi adagiandovi su un fianco, con la gamba appoggiata al suolo piegata. Allungate l’altra gamba in linea con la schiena. Inspirate mantenendo questa posizione ed espirare sollevando la gamba verso l’alto, creando una linea perpendicolare al suolo. Procedere prima con una gamba poi con l’altra.

Flessione delle gambe in avanti

Allungatevi adagiandovi su un fianco, con la gamba appoggiata al suolo piegata. Allungate l’altra gamba in linea con la schiena. Inspirate mantenendo questa posizione ed espirate portando in avanti la gamba, inspirate tornando alla posizione di partenza ed espiate portando la gamba in alto.
