È bene tenere conto che se si sta già seguendo una terapia farmacolagica è importante chiedere consiglio al medico prima di affidarsi alle seguenti tisane, per evitare interazioni. Anche se si tratta di prodotti naturali alcune erbe possono avere effetti contrastanti con i farmaci.

Tra i sintomi più comuni della menopausa ci sono insonnia, stanchezza, sudorazione, ansia e persino difficoltà a respirare. Ecco dunque affrontare questi fastidi con qualche piacevole tisana da preparare in casa.

Tisana di iperico

Noto anche come erba di San Giovanni, l’iperico ha tra le sue virtù principali la capacità di tenere a bada l’ansia. Usate 5 grammi di iperico secco in una tazza di acqua bollente.

Tisana alla liquirizia

La liquirizia, grazie alla glicirrina, è utile nel trattamento della menopausa perché regola di estrogeni. Offre inoltre magnesio, vitamina C e flavonoidi. Preparate un infuso con 3 grammi di polvere di liquirizia in una tazza di acqua bollente.

Tisana al tiglio

Per tenere a bada la sudorazione eccessiva preparate un infuso con 10 grammi di fiori di tiglio in una tazza di acqua bollente. Lasciate riposare per 10 minuti e addolcite con il miele, se lo gradite. Bevetelo prima di andare a letto.

Tisana di valeriana e passiflora

Queste erbe regolano il sonno e aiutano il rilassamento muscolare, alleviano il mal di testa e le aritmie cardiache. Usate 2 grammi di valeriana e 2 grammi di passiflora in una tazza di acqua bollente.

Tisana alla salvia

La salvia è detta anche la pianta delle donne grazie ai benefici che può donare. Preparate un infuso da consumare nell’arco di tre giorni usando un litro di acqua bollente in cui metterete in infusione 20 grammi di foglie di salvia. Bevetelo dopo i pasti.
