Tisana anti-cellulite alle erbe
Ingredienti:
1 cucchiaio di foglie di lauro
1 cucchiaio di foglie di efedra
1 cucchiaio di foglie di basilico
1 cucchiaio di foglie di menta
1 cucchiaio di tiglio alburno
1 cucchiaio di lavanda
1 cucchiaio di semi di anice
Preparazione:
Mescolate tutti gli ingredienti in un barattolo e usatene un cucchiaio per volta per una tazza di tisana. Versate l’acqua bollente sul preparato e lasciate in infusione per 10 minuti.
Tisana anti-cellulite al basilico
Ingredienti:
30 gr. di foglie di basilico
20 gr. di alloro
15 gr. di menta e lavanda miste
Preparazione:
Mettete le erbe in infusione in acqua bollente per 10 minuti.
Tisana anti-cellulite alla betulla
Ingredienti:
10 gr. di foglie di betulla
1 pizzico di bicarbonato
Preparazione:
Versate l’acqua bollente sulle foglie di betulla e aggiungere il bicarbonato per potenziare gli effetti dell’acido betuloretico contenuto nella resina della betulla.
