Per dimagrire i metodi sono molteplici, ma quello che vogliamo illustrarvi oggi, tra l’altro frutto di una ricerca scientifica, è decisamente particolare: secondo un team di ricercatori di un’università francese, annusare la frutta, o meglio “sniffarla” aiuterebbe a scegliere dei cibi più sani e, quindi, a dimagrire.
Qui sulle pagine di Dietaland vi abbiamo spesso informato su diete strane o metodi particolari per dimagrire, oggi ve ne illustreremo un altro che però non è frutto delle teorie del guru dell’alimentazione del momento, bensì il risultato di una ricerca scientifica, in pratca “sniffare” la frutta aiuterebbe a dimagrire.
Questo è il risultato di uno studio condotto dai ricercatori dell’Università di Bourgogne, in Francia, e pubblicata sulla rivista “Appetite”; proprio così, annusare la frutta aiuterebbe a scegliere dei cibi più salutari, soprattutto al momenti di decidere quale dolce mangiare.
I ricercatori hanno analizzato le abitudini alimentari di un gruppo di 150 volontari di età compresa tra i 18 e i 50 anni; a metà di loro è stato chiesto di restare per circa un quarto d’ora in una stanza nella quale era stato spruzzato uno spray alla pera, poi sono stati proposti dei piatti da mangiare e il risultato è stato che i volontari hanno optato per quelli più salutari e meno calorici, soprattuto per quello che riguardava il dessert.
I pazienti, infatti, potevano scegliere tra un brownie al cioccolato e una composta di mele e, coloro che erano stati nella stanza con l’odore di pera hanno optato per la composta, resistendo al dolce al cioccolato. Secondo i ricercatori questo sarebbe da imputare al fatto che, la percezione, seppur inconsapevole di profumi fruttati, porta a scegliere dolci al loro volta contenenti la frutta e, quindi, più leggeri.
Certamente, se questa ricerca verrà confermata da ulteriori studi, sarà sicuramente molto utile per scegliere dolci più leggeri e tagliare un bel po’ di calorie.
