Sana 2011, dall’8 all’11 settembre il Salone Internazionale del Naturale

Anche quest’anno torna l’appuntamento con Sana, il Salone Internazionale del Naturale, che ha aperto i battenti proprio ieri presso il Quartiere Fieristico di Bologna. Giunta alla sua 23esima edizione, la fiera si conferma essere il più importante evento dedicato al biologico in Italia.

Le direttrici sulle quali si sviluppa l’evento sono da un lato l’alimentazione, e dall’altro il benessere. La sezione dedicata all’alimentazione, allestita nei padiglioni dal 31 al 34, vedrà protagoniste aziende di diversi Paesi, dalla Francia alla Germania, dall’Olanda all’America, con produzioni biologiche certificate da un’apposita Commissione di controllo esterna. La sezione dedicata al benessere, allestita nei padiglioni 34 4 35, vedrà invece presenti le aziende con produzioni biologiche certificate e naturali a base di erbe officinali, integratori alimentari e prodotti di cosmesi.

Come sottolinea Campagnoli:

E’ un’edizione che guarda a professionalità, qualità e specializzazione, e ci sta già dando grandi soddisfazioni. A oggi il nostro programma vede padiglioni pieni per 40mila metri quadri espositivi e tante iniziative. Abbiamo raggiunto e superato l’obiettivo di oltre 400 espositori. La grande novità è rappresentata dalla presenza massiccia di catene distributive dove il bio sta crescendo davvero molto.

L’Osservatorio sui consumi, che da quattro anni affianca Sana, presenterà ufficialmente i risultati di alcuni focus group che hanno indagato i fattori che determinano il comportamento di acquisto e le evoluzioni delle aspettative dei consumatori di prodotti biologici nella grande distribuzione organizzata e nei canali specializzati.

Inoltre, per approfondire la tematica sono previsti workshop e convegni, che riguarderanno anche numerosi prodotti a basso impatto ambientale non solo per la vita di tutti i giorni, ma anche per la casa. Il Salone del Naturale resterà in programmazione sino all’11 settembre e sono invitati a partecipare tutti gli operatori del settore, per cui l’ingresso è gratuito.
