Ricette light anguria dolci salate

L’anguria, con la sua polpa rossa e succosa è un po’ il frutto-simbolo dell’estate. Ricchissimo di acqua è ricca di vitamine A e C. contiene anche una discreta quantità di Sali minerali potassio e magnesio, utili per combattere il senso di spossatezza che assale tipicamente a causa della calura estiva. Oltre ad essere dissetante, l’anguria è anche diuretica, una qualità che la rende ideale in caso di cellulite.

Ricette salate con l’anguria

Anguria in insalata

Ingredienti per 4 persone

  • 2 fette di anguria
  • 1 cipolla di Tropea
  • Ricotta salata q.b.
  • 8 olive nere denocciolate
  • Sale
  • Pepe
  • Olio extravergine d’oliva
  • 4 cucchiai di succo di limone

Preparazione

  1. Tagliate l’anguria a dadini (dopo aver tolto tutti i semi).
  2. Affettate anche la cipolla e il sedano e condite il tutto con un’emulsione di olio, succo di limone, sale e pepe.
  3. Aggiungete l’anguria, le olive e grattugiate della ricotta salata.

Sorbetto all’anguria

(con e senza gelatiera)

Ingredienti per 4 persone

  • 500 g di anguria (senza semini)
  • Succo di ½ limone
  • 40 g di zucchero

Preparazione

  1. Tagliate l’anguria a pezzi e privatela dei semini.
  2. Frullate la polpa e versate il composto in un pentolino.
  3. Aggiungete lo zucchero e portate ad ebollizione, dopodiché continuate la cottura per ancora 5 minuti.
  4. Versate il composto in un contenitore di alluminio (va bene anche quello di plastica purché a chiusura ermetica) e aggiungete il succo di limone.
  5. Una volta che il composto si è raffreddato, mettete il contenitore nel freezer e mescolate ogni mezz’ora con i rebbi della forchetta per rompere i cristalli di ghiaccio.
  6. Ripetete quest’operazione per 3 volte.
  7. Se avete la gelatiera potete saltare l’ultimo passaggio. Una volta che il composto si è raffreddato potete versarlo direttamente nella macchina e seguire il procedimento previsto.

  4. Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
