Questa dieta prevede tre settimane di iniezioni dell’ormone della gravidanza, la gonadotropina corionica, mentre si segue un regime alimentare ipocalorico (circa 800 calorie al giorno) a base di alimenti ben precisi e prosegue con la graduale reintegrazione di altri cibi. Come potete immaginare è un regime davvero molto pericoloso e gli effetti collaterali sono tanti.
La dieta del limone o della limonata
C’è questa moda del limone come elemento detox che ormai sconfina nel ridicolo. The Master Cleanser, così s’intitola il libro che illustra questo regime dimagranti, consiglia di consumare per una decina di giorni una bevanda a base di acqua, limone, peperoncino di Cayenna e sciroppo d’acero. La nutrizionista che l’ha inventata sostiene che con sei bicchieroni di questa bibita si ingeriscono 650 calorie.
Dieta low carb
Eliminare i carboidrati non ha senso. Sono i carboidrati che forniscono l’energia necessaria per dimagrire e aiutano a non sentirsi depressi, quindi levarli completamente dal menu quotidiano ha ripercussioni negative sulle funzioni cerebrali, causate dalla mancanza di serotonina. Senza contare poi che alcuni carboidrati (leggi, farina d’avena e pane integrale) permettono di fare il pieno di vitamine e fibre e di migliorare la salute del cuore.
