Stando a quanto ha riferito la Pausini – che non ha nessun problema ad ammettere di esser stata in evidente sovrappeso – sono stati molti i sacrifici e le rinunce che ha dovuto fare per ritornare in forma. Sembra che dalla sua dieta siano stati banditi i carboidrati complessi, gli zuccheri e le leguminose, optando per un largo consumo di proteine e immaginiamo anche di verdure. Laura Pausini ovviamente è stata seguita in tutto il percorso da un medico nutrizionista anche perchè, come lei stessa ha spesso affermato, le diete fai da te non solo sono fallimentari ma possono anche essere pericolose per il nostro organismo.

La dieta della cantante italiana 43enne sarebbe stata così rigida ed inflessibile da non ammettere neanche lontanamente una semplice pizza margherita una volta a settimana.
