Sorridere fa bene alla vita. Ma diciamoci la verità quando si è a dieta, la voglia di sorridere è l’ultima cosa che abbiamo nel piatto. Alain Mességue ha pubblicato il suo ultimo libro, intitolato proprio La Dieta del sorriso (Cairo Editore), in cui svela come scegliere i cibi giusti puntando su un regime che non tolga il buonumore.

Sono arrivato in Italia, alla fine del 82 e anche io, all’inizio, proponevo delle diete un po’ tristi, dalle 1200 calorie al giorno, per quelli che volevano perdere peso velocemente, ma gli anni, l’esperienza e i risultati mi hanno fatto aumentare poco a poco la razione calorica, al punto di arrivare a proporre oggi ai miei ospiti regimi dalle 1700-1800 calorie al giorno. Il motivo? Ho capito che è più importante il modo di mangiare, di abbinare o non abbinare alimenti durante lo stesso pasto, più che il quantitativo di calorie consumato.

Ha spiegato Alain Mességue. Una dieta troppo rigida non è la soluzione e il primo passo per il fallimento. Non è tutto, perché se si mangia poco, il nostro metabolismo basale per un meccanismo di auto-difesa, si abbassa velocemente e di conseguenza consuma meno. Mangiare il giusto e bene fa tornare la voglia di sorridere. Ecco le regole della dieta:

  • Non saltare i pasti: è un’abitudine molto sbagliata che non fa assolutamente dimagrire, anzi;
  • Sì a una colazione abbondante e a un pranzo a base di frutta;
  • Sì a una cena equilibrata;
  • Sì a un menu con prodotti di stagione;
  • No agli abbinamenti proteine-carboidrati nello stesso pasto;
  • Sì all’assunzione giornaliera di molta acqua.
