La dieta brasiliana per veri sportivi

Le olimpiadi di Rio 2016 hanno messo in luce le abitudini alimentari della popolazione brasiliana. Ecco quindi i 10 punti riassuntivi della Fao e del ministero della Salute brasiliano per essere davvero sani e in forma, proprio come gli atleti che partecipano alle gare. Le regole per seguire la dieta brasiliana.

  1. Assicurarsi che alla base della dieta vi siano alimenti naturali o minimamente trasformati, soprattutto quelli di origine vegetale, che rappresentano la base per le diete nutrizionalmente equilibrate.
  2. Usare oli, grassi, sale e zucchero in piccole quantità, e solo come condimento per cibi naturali o minimamente trasformati
  3. Limitare il consumo di alimenti trasformati, come verdure in salamoia, frutta sciroppata, formaggi e pane. In piccole quantità, gli alimenti trasformati possono essere utilizzati come ingredienti per la preparazione di piatti e pasti a base di alimenti naturali o minimamente trasformati
  4. Evitare il consumo di snack salati, bibite zuccherate, cereali per la colazione, e spaghetti istantanei e così via, che sono nutrizionalmente sbilanciati
  5. Mangiare regolarmente e con attenzione in ambienti appropriati e, quando possibile, in compagnia. Evitare spuntini tra i pasti, mangiare lentamente e godere di ciò che si mangia, senza impegnarsi in un’altra attività.
  6. Acquistare il cibo in negozi che offrono una varietà di alimenti naturali o minimamente trasformati
  7. Imparare a cucinare e condividere le proprie abilità culinarie
  8. Organizzare il proprio tempo in modo che l’alimentazione abbia un ruolo importante nella vostra vita
  9. Quando siete fuori casa, preferite posti che servono pasti appena fatti, freschi ed a prezzi buoni.
  10. Diffidate dalle pubblicità di prodotti alimentari e di marketing: lo scopo della pubblicità è quello di aumentare le vendite di prodotti, e non di informare o educare le persone a una corretta alimentazione.
