Le fragole sono ricche di vitamine C, potassio, calcio e hanno proprietà depurative, battericide, diuretiche e lassative.
Il melograno ha ottime capacità antiossidanti e antibatteriche, e dal succo estratto da questo frutto si ricava una buona fonte di ferro e di vitamina A, C ed E.
