La dieta tra l’altro va seguita strettamente per ciò che riguarda gli alimenti che non devono essere sostituiti.
Un giorno tipo è così strutturato:
- Colazione: 2 uova sode, 1 arancia e caffe/tè senza zucchero o in alternativa una fetta di pane integrale tostato e un pomodoro arrostito
- Pranzo: 2 uova sode, insalata mista senza olio con aceto di mele e caffe/tè senza zucchero o al posto di queste bevande frutta
- Cena: 2 uova sode, insalata di pomodoro con aceto di mele.
