Dieta del buonumore: ritrovare la forma sorridendo

Con la dieta del buonumore si può ritrovare il peso forma sorridendo: come? Mangiando le cose giuste che sono in grado di fare bene sia al corpo che allo spirito. Vediamo insieme cosa sottintende questo regime alimentare.

Diverse ricerche hanno mostrato in passato che è possibile aiutare il cervello nelle sue performance consumando specifici alimenti, ovvero quelli ricchi di omega 3, vitamine e poveri di zuccheri. Se a questa tipologia di cibo si aggiungono anche tutti quegli alimenti che sono in grado di favorire la salute dell’intestino, si può ottenere una vera e propria dieta del buonumore in grado di far perdere peso e favorire uno stato di rilassamento capace di abbattere lo stress e l’ansia.

Non dobbiamo dimenticare che la flora batterica intestinale è coinvolta, oltre che nel corretto funzionamento del sistema immunitario, anche nella produzione di ormoni e neurotrasmettitori che possono avere un impatto sulla salute mentale: ecco quindi che favorendo la salute della “pancia” si sostiene anche quella della “testa”.

Essenzialmente i piatti di questa dieta sono ricchi di verdure, pesce, e tutti quei cibi carichi di fibre per far sì che l’intestino possa essere il più possibile regolare. Paprica e cumino grazie alle loro proprietà digestive vengono inserite in zuppe “modificate” come il goulash di fagioli neri. Aglio, cicoria e topinambur, ad esempio, sono utilizzati molto perché contengono prebiotici utili per la flora intestinale tanto quanto le arachidi, con i suoi grassi “buoni”. Motivo per il quale, nei pochi piatti fritti consentiti ogni tanto viene indicato di friggere con dell’olio di arachidi.
