 dieta maturità Arrivare preparati all’esame di maturità 2014 non è solo una questione di studio, ma anche di benessere psicofisico. L’unico modo per conquistare l’equilibrio è curare diversi aspetti: ripassare le materie, fare un po’ di sport perché oltre alla mente, per riposare bene, bisogna stancare anche il corpo, e poi seguire una dieta mirata.   Gli zuccheri sono fondamentali per dare energia al cervello durante gli studi. Quindi che cosa si deve mangiare? Non bisogna esagerare, ma ogni tanto qualche quadratino di cioccolato o una fetta di torta a merenda può dare la carica giusta. Inoltre, ci sono degli snack a base di mais, farro, orzo e segale che possono essere utili per migliorare la concentrazione. Iniziamo dalla colazione: mai saltarla. Un ragazzo che studia ha bisogno di essere sveglio fin dalle prime ore. Mangiate quindi due fette biscottate con la marmellata o con la Nutella, bevete una spremuta o latte e caffè, anche un tè con miele o zucchero è indicato.  A metà mattina ci vuole una merenda. Potrebbe essere indicato un frutto (una mela, una pesca, una banana) o gli snack indicati prima. Per pranzo, concedetevi un bel piatto di pasta condito con un sugo alle verdure o di carne. Non esagerate con i condimenti, perché appesantiscono la digestione e rendono più difficoltoso lo studio. Ottimo anche un piatto unico a base di verdura, cotta e cruda, e bresaola o carne alla grigia. Aggiungete un piccolo dolce e mezzo litro di acqua. Nel pomeriggio promosso un secondo spuntino. La cena, invece, deve essere leggera per riposare bene la notte. Del pesce o una zuppa sono indicati. Photo Credit | Thinkstock
