Costituzione media o a mela

I cereali integrali e le insalate dei prati sono gli alleati giusti se il tuo problema è il gonfiore addominale, con deposito di grasso sul punto vita. Riattivano fegato e intestino e ti fanno dimagrire in fretta. Gli accumuli nella fascia addominale sono quelli più tipici del sesso maschile, ma non disdegnano anche le donne, soprattutto quando ci si avvicina alla menopausa. Essi danno luogo alla conformazione MEDIA o “a mela”. La pancia è prominente e la sua globosità è dovuta ad una commistione di tessuto adiposo in eccesso e gonfiore intestinale.

Spesso coesistono alterazioni della funzionalità intestinale, più spesso con ten­denza alla stipsi e all’ingrossamento epatico. Sul piano emotivo gli accumuli di grasso ad­dominale rappresentano un “pannicolo protettivo” nei confronti delle asperità della vita o di emozioni interne difficilmente gestibili (rabbia, frustrazioni ecc…). I primi e principali accorgimenti alimentari in caso di sovrappeso addominale sono quelli di ridurre le porzioni di carboidrati raffinati (pane, pasta, focaccia, pizza ecc.), aumentando quelle di proteine (privilegiando pesce, legumi e alghe) e di cereali grezzi.

Occorre anche rivedere il consumo di zuccheri raffinati: zucchero bianco (contenuto anche in dolci, biscotti, cioccolatini, merendine yogurt alla frutta ecc.). Se proprio si deve dolcificare meglio ricorrere al miele grezzo integrale (2-3 cucchiaini al giorno) o allo sciroppo d’acero, che è una miniera di minerali diuretici, utili anche contro la stipsi. Ogni giorno è utile mangiare un’insalata di erbe e ortaggi amari primaverili (per esempio tarassaco, cicoria e carciofi) con olio d’oliva e limone: tonifica fegato e intestino.

Per ridurre i depositi di grasso nel girovita, occorre dare un aiuto al fegato, con un adeguato ciclo di depurazione.  Un ottimo rimedio ideale è l’estratto di cardo mariano: se ne assumono due capsule al giorno con acqua, ai pasti, per 30 giorni. La sua azione depurativa è potenziata se è associato ad altri integratori come metionina, inositolo e colina, che favoriscono il metabolismo.  Questi preparati si trovano in erboristeria in tavolette.

  2. Almost all of what you state is astonishingly legitimate and that makes me wonder why I had not looked at this in this light before. This piece really did switch the light on for me personally as far as this particular topic goes. However at this time there is actually one point I am not too cozy with so while I attempt to reconcile that with the main theme of the issue, permit me see what the rest of the subscribers have to point out.Nicely done.
