Alcune semplici misurazioni ti aiutano a capire in quali distretti corporei tendi ad accumulare ritenzione, cuscinetti e cellulite. Mettiti davanti allo specchio: com’è la tua silhouette? I chili sono disposti uniformemente su tutto il corpo oppure ci sono delle zone (l’addome, le cosce, i glutei, le braccia, la zona del décolleté…) più “pesanti” delle altre? Al di là di questa verifica empirica e visiva, un metodo più scientifico per avere un’idea delle proporzioni corporee appropriate è il rapporto tra la circonferenza del polso e quella di altre parti del corpo.
Il polso è una zona del corpo in cui il rivestimento di grasso e muscoli sopra la parte ossea è minimo e quindi viene utilizzato come punto di riferimento. Con un centimetro da sarto si misura la circonferenza del polso. In base alla misura ottenuta, si definiscono tre tipologie corporee (sottile o “a broccolo”, media o “a mela” e florida o “a pera”). Poi si dovranno misurare anche cosce, braccia, addome e fianchi.
Togliti i vestiti e osserva con attenzione il tuo corpo: è l’unico modo per capire esattamente quali sono i tuoi punti deboli e per poter intervenire in modo mirato.Prendi un centimetro e misura il polso:
Uomo Donna
Brevilinea > 20 cm > 18 cm
Normolinea 16-20 cm 14 – 18 cm
Longilinea < 16 <14
Ora misura le altre parti del corpo. Le cosce: è uno dei classici punti di accumulo del grasso corporeo, soprattutto nelle donne. La misurazione delle cosce si effettua con un metro da sarta, in piedi e con le ginocchia leggermente piegate (per esempio appoggiando il piede su un gradino). Moltiplicando la circonferenza del polso per il coefficiente 3.15 si ottiene il valore ideale della circonferenza delle cosce.
L’addome e fianchi: la circonferenza ideale dell’addome dovrebbe essere circa 4,2 volte quella del polso, mentre la circonferenza dei fianchi a livello delle anche dovrebbe essere da 5,7 a 6 volte quella del polso. Queste due circonferenze si misurano stando in piedi davanti allo specchio, sempre utilizzando il metro da sarta.
Sotto le braccia: Nella donna la circonferenza del braccio misurata a metà distanza tra il gomito e la spalla dovrebbe essere di poco superiore a quella del polso. Per ottenere la misura ideale si moltiplica la circonferenza del polso per 1,75.
il mio polso misura 14,5 cm …mio figlio di 7 anni (è molto magro ) ha una circonferenza polso pari a 16 mentre il mio piccolino di 2 anni e mezzo ha crf di 12 … quindi io mi chiedo chi ha una circonferenza sotto gli 11,5 cm? ma stiamo scherzando?

secondo me sono misure del cavolo. Io sono 1,65 e peso 45kg ma di certo non ho un polso di 11cm ne i rapporti numerici che sono scritti qui!

Mio fratello di 3 anni nato prematuro ha un polso di 11,5 cm. Una persona sprovveduta ed insicura potrebbe non accorgersi dell’assurdità di queste misure ed ammalarsi davvero. Siti come questi sono pericolosi quando fanno passare informazioni irreali come vere e certificate.

misure inattendibili. ho un polso molto fine (14 cm). stando a ciò che dice questo articolo dovrei essere praticamente anoressica (tipo coscia di 45 cm, la mia è di 51)
Ho un bmi di 18.1, vita 64 cm eppure secondo questi valori stareustarei già sforando
Queste misure sono decisamente fuori luogo. Io sono uno e settantuno polso 13,8 , 44kg e rispetto le misure a volte in difetto. Con un piccolo dettaglio: Sono malata di anoressia nervosa grave e il cardiologo mi ha stimata a medio rischio di collasso cardio-circolatorio. Fatevi i vostri conti
