Beveroni dimagranti, sono utili?

I beveroni dimagranti, alias centrifugati, frullati e smoothie, possono essere un buon compromesso per chi cerca di perdere qualche chilo, da consumare soprattutto come spezza fame e in sostituzione di snack poco salutari. Vediamo insieme quali sono le differenze e se sono davvero utili per perdere peso.

I cosiddetti beveroni, va precisato subito, non sono di per sé dimagranti, ma hanno un buon potere saziante e in questo senso possono aiutare a smaltire qualche chilo di troppo. Inoltre, hanno anche un effetto depurante. Ma i beveroni non sono tutti uguali e spesso si tende a fare confusione. In linea generale possiamo dire che i frullati si preparano con la frutta (o anche la verdura) e il latte o lo yogurt e si utilizza il classico frullatore o quello ad immersione, il minipimer. Sono più sostanziosi rispetto ai centrifugati perché contengono anche la fibra. Si possono consumare a colazione o anche come sostituto di un pasto.

I centrifugati si preparano esclusivamente con la centrifuga o l’estrattore di succo, che trasformano la frutta e la verdura in succhi pronti da bere. Chiaramente la fibra viene automaticamente scartata, ma sono ricchi di vitamine e Sali minerali. Gli smoothie, di più recente invenzione, si preparano sempre frullando la frutta e la verdura, ma al posto del latte viene utilizzata l’acqua o il succo di arancia. Di solito contengono anche del ghiaccio. Sono chiaramente più leggeri rispetto ai frullati e sono buoni come spuntino a metà mattina o a metà pomeriggio.

Ricette frullati

Frullato al kiwi

Ingredienti

  • 200 g di kiwi
  • 2 cucchiai di yogurt magro
  • ½ bicchiere di latte magro

Preparazione

  1. Sbucciate i kiwi e tagliateli a tocchetti.
  2. Metteteli nel frullatore con il latte e lo yogurt, frullate per qualche istante.
  3. Versate in un bicchiere e consumate al momento.

Frullato di fragole

  • ½ bicchiere di latte di soia aromatizzato alla vaniglia (o latte parz. scremato)
  • 80 g di fragole
  • 1 cucchiaio di giaccio tritato

Preparazione

  1. Pulite le fragole e sciacquatele delicatamente sotto l’acqua corrente.
  2. Mettete nel frullatore con il latte e il ghiaccio tritato e frullate per 1 minuto.
  3. Versate nel bicchiere e consumate al momento.

Ricette smoothie

Smoothie di melone e pesche

Ingredienti

  • 1 fetta di melone
  • 1 pesca
  • Succo di ½ lime
  • Acqua q.b.

Preparazione

  1. Lavate e sbucciate le pesche, privandole del nocciolo e tagliate a pezzi grossolanamente.
  2. Tagliate il melone a metà, eliminate i semini e la buccia e ricavate una fetta, poi tagliatela a dadini.
  3. Tagliate a metà il lime e spremetelo, poi mettete da parte il succo.
  4. Mettete nel frullatore tutti gli ingredienti e un po’ di acqua e azionate. Continuate a frullare fino a quando il composto non risulterà cremoso.

Smoothie di mirtilli e succo di melograno

  • 1 tazza di mirtilli congelati
  • ½ tazza di succo di melograno non zuccherato
  • Acqua q.b.

Preparazione

  1. Trasferisci gli ingredienti nel boccale del frullatore, aggiungi un poco d’acqua e aziona.
  2. Continua a frullare fino a quando il composto non sarà cremoso.

Ricette centrifugati

Centrifugato di arancia, kiwi e carota

Ingredienti

  • 1 arancia
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 carota
  • Qualche foglia di basilico

Preparazione

  1. Sbucciate l’arancia e pelate il kiwi e la carota.
  2. Tagliate la frutta e la carota a pezzetti e centrifugate.
  3. Il basilico serve per decorare il centrifugato.

Centrifugato di ananas, cocco e banana

Ingredienti

  • ½ ananas
  • ½ cocco
  • 1 banana

Preparazione

  1. Sbucciate tutti i frutti e tagliateli a pezzi.
  2. Centrifugate.

Centrifugato di zucchine

Ingredienti

  • 2 zucchine piccole
  • 1 carota
  • 3 fette di cetriolo
  • 1 gambo di sedano
  • ¼ di mela Golden
  • Un pezzetto di zenzero
  • Un pizzico di pepe

Preparazione

  1. Per prima cosa lavate le verdure e la frutta.
  2. Pelate la carota e il cetriolo e sbucciate la mela.
  3. Eliminate la buccia dello zenzero e tritatelo finemente.
  4. Tagliate le verdure e la mela a dadini e centrifugate.
  5. Condite il centrifugato con zenzero tritato, un pizzico di sale e pepe.
