Le macchie scure della pelle sono uno degli inestetismi della pelle più frequenti e compaiono soprattutto in punti ben visibili quali viso, collo, scollatura e mani. I motivi sono da ricondursi al sole, all’invecchiamento cutaneo e a una dieta non sana. Contro le macchie della pelle, conosciute anche come macchie solari si può intervenire anche non chirurgicamente, ossia usando dei rimedi naturali.

Se le macchie appaiono come incavate nella pelle usate la pasta di soia: applicatela sul viso, lasciatela agire per 15 minuti e poi sciacquate con acqua tiepida.
Un altro rimedio naturale è quello di sfregare le macchie scure con del succo d’aglio, un prodotto dalle proprietà lenitive; lasciate riposare il succo sulla pelle e poi sciacquate con abbondante acqua. Se preferite qualcosa di più profumato scegliete l’estratto di mirtillo, utile per rallentare il processo di invecchiamento della pelle.
Attenzione, però: rimedi naturali sì ma senza dimenticare che le creme solari sono il modo più efficace per prevenire le macchie scure e assicurarsi una pelle liscia e sana, pertanto non dimenticate mai di applicarne una ad alta protezione prima di ogni esposizione al sole.
