Quando si è a dieta, oltre al cibo bisogna prestare attenzione a quello che si beve: ci sono bevande molto caloriche tutt’altro che benefiche per la linea; stare a dieta e poi lasciarsi andare nel consumo di drink zuccherati, cappuccini con tre cucchiaini di zucchero o cioccolate calde senza controllo, è perfettamente inutile. Vediamo, quindi, quali sono le bevande ideali da associare a una dieta ipocalorica.
Al primo posto delle bevande da assumere con regolarità durante la dieta c’è senza dubbio l’acqua: idrata, depura e combatte la ritenzione idrica; gli esperti consigliano di berne almeno un litro e mezzo al giorno, ma rigorosamente naturale e priva di anidride carbonica in quanto quest’ultima potrebbe provocare gonfiori e limitare la digestione.
Alternative ideali all’acqua sono le tisane: ottenute da piante dalle proprietà medicinali, sono una valido coadiuvante nel processo di perdita di peso, soprattutto se i chili che devono essere persi non sono molti, in quanto aiutano la digestione e i processi legati alla diuresi. Tra le erbe in grado di sostenere i processi digestivi ci sono il tarassaco, il ginepro, il finocchio e la gramigna, oltre al tè verde e all’olmaria, dalle proprietà depurative e antispasmodiche. Attenzione, però: non esagerate con lo zucchero bianco per dolcificare le tisane, anzi, se possibile ricorrete a quello di canna oppure al miele.
Tra le altre bevande che possono essere assunte durante la dieta ci sono il latte, dall’alto potere saziante e contenente proteine ad assorbimento veloce, che è permesso purché contenga un concentrato di grassi compreso tra lo 0,5 e l’1,5%, e il vino rosso, in grado di migliorare il livello del sangue, a patto di non esagerare con la quantità. I superalcolici sono, naturalmente, banditi dalle diete ipocaloriche, così come le bevande gassate con dolcificanti ed edulcoranti che, comunque, possono essere consumati una tantum e solo scegliendo le versioni light.
