A 50 anni, la pelle è maggiormente solcata dai segni del tempo, e necessita di sostanze rivitalizzanti. Ecco allora come preparare un olio restitutivo.

Olio rivitalizzante

Ingredienti: 1 cucchiaio di olio di avocado, 1 cucchiaino di olio di germe di grano, 2 gocce di olio essenziale di neroli, 2 gocce di olio essenziale di gelsomino.

Versate gli ingredienti in un piccolo contenitore, mescolate e stendete quotidianamente sul viso con un massaggio circolare, fino ad assorbimento.

Per contrastare le rughette ai lati delle labbra, grattugiate 1 patata e applicate la polpa intorno alle labbra per 10 minuti e risciacquate, ha un effetto tensore nell’immediato.
