Il cheescake ai mirtilli, è un dessert goloso, ideale per chi fa sport, ottimo anche come sostituto di un pasto. E’ particolarmente indicato per chi fa attività fisica perché garantisce un apporto di energia da spendere nell’immediato. Inoltre, il cheescake essendo ricco di vitamine B, favorisce la trasmissione degli impulsi nervosi dal cervello ai muscoli, a tutto vantaggio della performance sportiva.
E per chi non deve allenarsi, il cheescake ai mirtilli è una deliziosa alternativa al pranzo tradizionale, oppure può essere consumato (dimezzando la porzione) come dessert alla fine di pasto molto leggero. In associazione al dolce, potete anche bere del tè bianco o del tè verde, per ridurre l’assorbimento dei grassi.
Ingredienti per la ricetta (4 persone)
- 100 g di biscotti secchi non troppo dolci
- 50 g di burro a temperatura ambiente
- 250 g di ricotta
- 1 uovo
- 60 g di zucchero
- 1 bustina di vanillina
- 3-4 cucchiai di gelatina ai frutti di bosco
- 2 vaschette di mirtilli
- succo di limone
Preparazione della ricetta
Mettete i biscotti nel mixer. Una volta che sono ridotti in polvere, e aggiungete il burro tagliato a pezzettini. Ungete una pirofila di pirex del diametro di circa 22-24 cm, e stendete il composto pressandolo molto bene, potete aiutarvi anche con un batticarne. A questo punto, riponete in frigorifero.
Mescolate nel mixer l’uovo con lo zucchero, poi aggiungete la vanillina e, alla fine, unitevi la ricotta. Amalgamate bene il composto, lavorandolo per qualche istante e versatelo nella pirofila.
Mettetelo in forno a 180 °C per circa 30 minuti. Lasciate raffreddare la torta in modo che si rassodi, cospargetela con un velo di gelatina ai frutti di bosco e ricopri con i mirtilli precedentemente spruzzati di succo di limone.
Il cheescake ai mirtilli va conservato in frigo, dal quale va tolto almeno una ventina di minuti prima di essere servito. Non mi resta che augurarvi buon appetito!
