Ingredienti (dosi per 4):

  • 5 uova, 4 sode e 1 sbattuto
  • 200 gr. di carne tritata di manzo o di salsiccia
  • 40 gr. di pangrattato
  • 30 gr. di farina
  • Prezzemolo, sale e pepe q.b.
  • Olio per friggere

Preparazione:

  1. Rassodate 4 uova in acqua bollente per 8 minuti, dunque raffreddatele, sgusciatele e passatele nella farina.
  2. Preparate l’impasto di carne aggiungendo prezzemolo, sale e pepe e rivestite le uova con l’impasto, seguendone la forma.
  3. Impanate le uova passandole in sequenza nell’uovo sbattuto e nel pangrattato.
  4. Friggetele in abbondante olio per 5-6 minuti. Scolate e lasciate assorbire l’olio in eccesso su carta da cucina.
