Visto il grande successo ottenuto dalla ricetta del Tiramiyò, il tiramisù senza mascarpone, non possiamo non tornare sull’argomento dolci tradizionali in versione light. Stavolta infatti è il turno dell’altrettanto famosa “Torta Paradiso”. Anche in questo caso a neutralizzare, o meglio a ridimensionare, il potere calorico di questo dolce, tanto antico quanto pericoloso per la linea, sarà la sostituzione sapiente degli ingredienti. Più precisamente quella del burro con la philadelphia yo.
Una fetta di questa deliziosa torta apporta infatti “solo” 300 Kcal a porzione, ovvero 105 Kcal in meno rispetto alla versione con burro. Rimane quindi sconsigliata, come d’altra parte il Tiramiyò, a chi sta seguendo una dieta dimagrante, mentre è ideale per chi vuole concedersi qualche innocuo capriccio di gola magari durante la fase di mantenimento della dieta appena conclusa.
Torta Paradisyo
Tempo di preparazione: 55 minuti
Grado di difficoltà: Facile
Ingredienti per 4 persone
200 grammi di philadelphia yo
100 grammi di farina
100 grammi di zucchero
1 uovo
1 albume
1 cucchiaino di lievito vanigliato in polvere
un’arancia
zucchero a velo
sale
Procedimento
Mettere in una terrina (o nel mixer) la farina con il lievito, 50 grammi di zucchero, un pizzico di sale, la scorza d’arancia grattuggiata, l’uovo intero e 100 grammi di philadelphia yo. Lavorate con il frullino fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo.
Versate dentro ad una teglia (possibilmente di 16 cm di diametro) e cuocete per 35 minuti in forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi.
Sfornate e lasciate raffreddare. Quindi tagliate a metà nel senso dello spessore.
Montate l’albume a neve con un pizzico di sale e lo zucchero rimasto fino a che non si rassoda, quindi amalgamate con il resto della philadelphia e spalmate il composto così ottenuto sulla base della torta.
Ricoprite con la calotta e spolverizzate con lo zucchero a velo.
E adesso…buon appetito, il vostro dolce pasquale dietetico è pronto per essere portato in tavola!
