La tisana alla malva contro la stipsi

Chi ne soffre lo sa bene: la stipsi è un disturbo difficile da contrastare e, secondo recenti stime, ne soffrirebbe un italiano su tre, in maggioranza donne. Secondo una ricerca condotta dall’Università di Tel Aviv, una delle cause più frequenti della stipsi sarebbe la scarsa assunzione di liquidi che, invece, aiuterebbero a contrastarla.

A parte bere tanta acqua, un buon modo per assumere liquidi è quello di bere le tisane, soprattutto quelle a base di estratti di piante utili per combattere la stitichezza, come ad esempio la malva; tra i suoi componenti attivi ci sono le vitamine del gruppo A, B e C, mucillaggini, antocianine, tannino e oli essenziali.

In particolar modo la varietà malva iran blu è efficace per combattere la stitichezza, perché contiene ancora più mucillaggini e possiede ottime proprietà lassative e depurative. Vediamo come preparare questa la tisana alla malva iran blu.

Tisana alla malva contro la stipsi

Ingredienti della miscela: 40 g. di fiori di malva varietà iran blu, 30 g. di fiori di fiordaliso, 15 g. di radice di frangula, 15 g. di sommità di camomilla.

Preparazione

In un litro d’acqua calda fate sciogliere un cucchiaino di questa miscela e fate bollire per tre minuti, dopodiché spengete e lasciate in infusione per dieci minuti, poi filtrate e bevete la tisana durante l’arco della giornata. Se non vi piace il sapore potete dolcificare la tisana con un cucchiaino di miele d’acacia.
