Grazie all’energia elastica dello Spring Energie, infatti, si può migliorare molto la propria coordinazione, la reattività dei singoli muscoli, la flessibilità dei tendi senza sovraccaricare le articolazioni. Inoltre, essendo un’attività aerobica, l’allenamento con lo Spring Energie aiuta a dimagrire e a tonificare i muscoli addominali, quelli dei glutei e delle gambe, oltre a migliorare le funzioni generali dell’apparato cardiocircolatorio.

Esercizi con lo Sprig Energie

Proprio per il fatto di essere elastico, lo Spring Energie permette di realizzare molti più esercizi rispetto a quelli possibili con lo step e consente di effettuare un lavoro di tonificazione e rafforzamento muscolare insieme al potenziamento dell’equilibrio e della coordinazione.
