Smettere di fumare non è facile per tutti, per alcune persone è un sacrificio enorme, fisico e mentale. Le sigarette infatti non solo danno dipendenza all’organismo, ma anche alla mente. Si chiama dieta verde perché è un regime alimentare caratterizzato da un’elevata presenza di frutta e verdura e quindi permette di fare il pieno vitamina C, vitamina A, zinco, selenio e fibre, aiuta a placare l’ansia che spinge ad accendere una sigaretta e soprattutto ha un ridotto apporto calorico. Smettere di fumare non fa ingrassare. Si aumenta di peso perché si tende a colmare il vuoto della sigaretta con cibo e spesso si tratta di biscotti, merendine, dolci, pane e sostituiti. Viva i frutti rossi
Prediligere gli alimenti arancioni, rossi o gialli, ricchi di carotenoidi e beta-carotene, come peperoni, carote, crescione, zucca, pomodori, arance, pompelmi, fichi, patate, spinaci e melanzane.
Tanta verdura
Fresca o surgelata, via libera a spinaci, bietole, pomodori, porri, broccoli, fagiolini e piselli. Gli antiossidanti aiuteranno il corpo a liberarsi della nicotina che si è accumulata nel corso degli anni.
Alcuni cibi tolgono la voglia di fumare
Quali? Sedano, asparagi freschi, pere e mele
E le proteine?
Sì a nasello, sogliola e merluzzo tra i pesci, pollo, coniglio e tacchino tra le carni. Vietate le carni rosse.
