Flan di fagioli cannellini
È un ottimo secondo piatto oltre a essere anche un antipasto sfizioso. Dipende dalla presentazione. Non dovete far altro che scolare e sciacquare i fagioli cannellini in barattolo (1 è sufficiente). Li saltate con un po’ d’olio e di cipolla. Una volta cotti, li frullate. A questo punto aggiungete prezzemolo, sale, pepe e un cucchiaio di pangrattato. Versate il composto così ottenuto in uno stampino da crème caramel e infornate a 180 °C per 20 minuti. Poi divertitevi a decorare il patto.
Fritelline di ceci
È un trionfo di proteine ed è davvero ottimo al gusto. Avete bisogno di 240 g farina di ceci, 1 l di brodo vegetale salato, 20 g olio evo. Diluite la farina di ceci in poco brodo freddo e lasciar riposare per un’ora. Mettere sul fuoco il restante brodo con l’olio. Quando bolle versare la farina disciolta e girare con una frusta in modo da evitare la formazione di grumi. Togliere dal fuoco e distendere il composto su una teglia precedentemente oliata. Lasciar riposare in frigo alcune ore. Tagliare in modo regolare 4×4 cm. e passare in padella con un po’ di olio fino a rendere croccanti le superfici esterne. Ora potete abbinate queste frittelle a quello che preferite, per esempio un’insalata di pomodoro.
Spiedini caramellati
Avete bisogno di spezzatino di soia 60 g, Aglio 1/2 spicchio, Zenzero radice 1 cm, 3 cucchiai di sciroppo d’acero 3 cucchiai. Reidratate la soia portando ad ebollizione 1 litro d’acqua da versare sullo spezzatino. Asciugate lo spezzatino e marinatelo con zenzero e aglio e salsa di soia. Fate saltare lo spezzatino in padella finchè non sarà abbrustolito. Create gli spiedini. Alla marinatura aggiungete lo sciroppo d‘acero, riducete in padella, e bagnate il piatto.
