Rucola, i benefici per la dieta

A molti non piace il suo sapore amaro, ma proprio grazie ad esso e alla quantità di antiossidanti contenuti la rucola è perfetta per ripulire il fegato e ripulire l’organismo dalle tossine in eccesso. Il suo contenuto alta di vitamina C aiuta anche il sistema linfatico e cardiovascolare favorendo il drenaggio dei liquidi e ritorno venoso. Insomma, è un alleato contro la ritenzione idrica e il gonfiore. La rucola, grazie al suo contenuto di vitamina B6 e B9 aiuta ad incrementare la produzione di melatonina, l’ormone del sonno favorendo una qualità del Riposo ottimale e di conseguenza evitando che lo stesso possa favorire il sovrappeso.
