Come fare l’automassaggio

Innanzi tutto, ritagliatevi uno spazio tutto per voi di almeno 15-20 minuti al giorno. Prima di fare il massaggio, fate una bella doccia tonificante alternando getti di acqua fredda con getti di acqua più calda.

Asciugate bene la pelle e cominciate con uno strofinamento leggero sulle zone da trattare. Per agevolare l’operazione, usate un olio essenziale, della profumazione che più vi piace, quello di mandorla è forse il più usato, ma è ottimo anche quello di lavanda e arnica dal potere distensivo.

Poi, effettuate la classica “manovra a collana”, distendendo le mani lungo le caviglie facendo congiungere i pollici da una parta e i mignoli dall’altra. A questo punto, risalite sino alla coscia, esercitando una pressione sulla pelle, insistendo in modo particolare su caviglie, polpacci e ginocchia.

Successivamente, formate una piega nella zona dove la cellulite è più evidente e stringetela tra le dita con il pollice di una mano in un senso e spingendo con l’altra mano nel verso opposto. L’ultima operazione è l’impastamento. Si fa stringendo le mani a pugno e impastando le masse di cellulite di cosce e glutei con le nocche delle mani.
