- tenere i rifiuti lontano dal luogo di preparazione degli alimenti

Questi ultimi infatti vengono sottoposti a numerosi controlli prima di essere portati sugli scaffali. Resta fondamentale anche in questo caso che si osservino le adeguate norme per la conservazione degli alimenti e persino per il loro trasporto dopo l’acquisto.
