Seguire una dieta ipocalorica è spesso difficile, specialmente se il nostro corpo è abituato ad assumere una quantità giornaliera di cibo elevata. Il senso di fame, specialmente nei primi giorni è insistente e il rischio di interrompere la dieta è sempre dietro l’angolo. La medicina ha da sempre ricercato dei metodi efficaci per combattere il senso di fame; tra i metodi maggiormente utilizzati, specie nei casi di obesità, troviamo il palloncino intragastrico.
Il palloncino intragastrico prevede l’introduzione nello stomaco (lume gastrico), per via endoscopica, di un palloncino di silicone contenente acqua o aria che, occupando una parte dello stomaco, determinerebbe nella persona un senso di sazietà precoce con una conseguente interruzione nell’assunzione di altro cibo. Recentemente in Italia è arrivato un farmaco che utilizza lo stesso principio, riempimento parziale dello stomaco, ma senza nessun tipo di intervento chirurgico: questo metodo prevede solo l’assunzione per via orale di una piccola capsula.
La capsula incorpora in sè una gomma naturale sotto forma di polvere microcristallizzata che all’interno dello stomaco, a contatto con i suchi gastrici, si gonfia e passa da una consistenza solida ad una consistenza semi-solida avente la forma di una pallina da tenis. L’aumento di volume fa sì che lo stomaco avverta un senso di sazietà e invii all’ipotalamo i segnali della sazietà inducendo la persona ad interrompere l’assunzione di cibo.
La “pallina da tennis” ha una breve durata, si scioglie in poco tempo e viene eliminata nel giro di poco tempo in modo del tutto naturale. Esistono vari tipi di capsule, a secondo del peso: sovrappeso lieve, sovrappeso moderato, sovrappeso forte. Secondo gli studiosi che hanno ideato questa pillola anti-obesità, gli effetti del dimagrimento tendono a perdurare perchè la persona nel perioodo di limitazione di cibo si abitua ad assumere la giusta quantità di cibo richiesta dal proprio corpo.
Questo trattamento, unito ad una costante attività fisica, sembra essere un metodo efficace. Si consiglia prima di iniziare qualunque trattamento o metodo per perdere peso di chiedere sempre consigli e informazzioni al proprio medico di fiducia.

@ tanya: ciao tanya, io l’ho comprata via internet su farmajet, con questo sito mi sono trovata bene e non ho pagato le spese di spedizione, non sono stata pero’ quindi non ho seguito correttamente la dieta e l’assunzione di queste pillole…ci riprovo dalla prossima settimana!
