Il pompelmo rosa, noto per le sue proprietà digestive e drenanti, è un fritto di stagione e ricco di vitamina C. Introducendo il pompelmo nell’alimentazione è possibile sgonfiarsi e perfino perdere una taglia in una settimana. Il trucco è consumare questo frutto sempre prima dei pasti.

Il pompelmo rosa è un alleato della dieta perché contiene grandi quantità di fibre vegetali, in particolare la pectina che può l’assorbimento dei grassi da parte degli acidi biliari nell’intestino, aiutando anche a ridurre il tasso di colesterolo LDL nel sangue. Inoltre assumere il pompelmo quotidianamente aiuta ad aumentare le difese immunitarie dell’organismo anche perché contiene grandi dose di vitamina C.


Il pompelmo rosa contiene anche una grande quantità di fenilalanina, che agisce sui centri della sazietà e induce a mangiare di meno. La dieta del pompelmo ha un funzionamento semplice. Si mangia mezzo pompelmo rosa prima di ogni pasto principale e si può abbinare ad un’insalata mista da consumare sempre come antipasto. Al posto dell’insalata, se vi trovate fuori casa, potete consumare un centrifugato.


Per una settimana, dieci giorni al massimo, cercate di fare a meno della pasta e del pane almeno a cena. I carboidrati fanno sentire sazi ma producono quei picchi di insulina che causano l’accumulo di grassi su pancia e fianchi. Preferite le proteine animali e vegetali e accompagnatele con verdure di stagione crude o cotte. Non mangiate nemmeno i dolci. Questo tipo di alimentazione che non prevede i carboidrati di pane e pasta va seguita per un massimo di 10 giorni per non affaticare i reni. Inoltre il pompelmo non è indicato per chi assume l’aspirina quotidianamente.
