Una merenda sana può essere composta in tanti modi. Vediamo insieme quali sono gli alimenti consigliati quando vogliamo rimanere in forma. O quando vogliamo dare ai nostri bambini qualcosa di salutare.

Cosa scegliere per una merenda sana

Va da sé che tutto ciò che è legato al junk food e a fritti non è da considerare una merenda sana. Dobbiamo puntare il più possibile su alimenti di stagione e poco lavorati per acquisire nutrienti ed energia. Non dobbiamo dimenticare che lo spuntino pomeridiano o di metà mattina ci aiutano a spezzare la fame e a darci la giusta energia.

Una merenda sana può essere anche una merenda buona. Dobbiamo smettere di considerare i due concetti come non compatibili. E dobbiamo metterci in testa che possiamo scegliere tra dolce e salato senza problemi. L’importante è preparare qualcosa che sia gustoso ma al contempo non troppo pesante.

Una delle scelte migliori in tal senso, soprattutto se siamo in casa o possiamo prepararli al momento, è il frullato. Mixare il latte e la frutta di stagione sarà di gradimento sia per i più grandi che per i più piccoli. Un must è il frullato alla banana, al quale possiamo aggiungere mela o cioccolato a seconda dei nostri gusti. Per ottenerlo basta semplicemente utilizzare un frullatore.

Anche i dolci possono rappresentare una merenda sana, soprattutto per i bambini a scuola. Come? Sicuramente attraverso una fetta di torta fatta in casa o pane e marmellata. Buona a livello nutrizionale e di gusto. Non dobbiamo pensare che se contiene un po’ di zucchero sia per forza insalubre. Soprattutto se è qualcosa che prepariamo noi e di conseguenza non ha conservanti, come le merendine in commercio.

Va bene anche una soluzione salata

Si può anche puntare su una merenda salata. E ovviamente il re della scelta in questo caso è un panino. Attenzione: non quelli da fast food. Possiamo infatti preparare con del pane in cassetta o con altra tipologia dei panini con pomodoro e formaggio, che uniscono l’utile al dilettevole. Ovvero la necessità di consumare una merenda sana e il fatto che questa sia gustosa.

Se ci troviamo in casa e abbiamo voglia di sperimentare possiamo anche preparare dei cracker, che possono rappresentare uno spuntino salutare. Anche le chips di verdure al forno sono una merenda sana da consumare a ogni età. Rappresentano un’ottima alternativa alle classiche patatine fritte in busta.

Se avete poco tempo per preparare uno spuntino un po’ più elaborato, lo yogurt rappresenta la soluzione più veloce per una merenda sana a qualsiasi età. Possiamo consumarlo bianco, con la frutta, con i cereali. Può essere accompagnato da frutta secca come i mix che vediamo spesso al supermercato.
