Menu afrodisiaco per San Valentino
Questa sera avete intenzione di organizzare una cena romantica a due per festeggiare San Valentino. Per una volta, la dieta sarà messa in secondo piano, rispettando comunque i principi della sana e corretta alimentazione. Cercate però un menù che sia soprattutto afrodisiaco, per rendere più calda l’atmosfera. Ecco qualche suggerimento.
In linea di massima, si consiglia un menù a base di pesce perché i crostacei e le conchiglie sono davvero perfetti per dare un tocco più romantico. Non ci siamo dimenticati però anche di chi ama solo la carne. Ecco quindi due varianti:
Menù di pesce
- Antipasto: zuppa di cozze e vongole e ostriche gratinate al forno
- Primo piatto: linguine con scampi al profumo di limone e zenzero
- Secondo piatto: tartare di pesce (potrebbe essere un branzino o del tonno) con melograno
- Dolce: fonduta di cioccolato fondente con spiedini di frutta o fragole e champagne
Menù di carne
- Antipasto: tortino con crema di formaggio ed erbette e giardiniera con pane abbrustolito al forno.
- Primo piatto: risotto allo Champagne/Prosecco con scaglie di tartufo (anche quello nero va benissimo se non volete spendere molto)
- Secondo piatto: tartare di Fassone alla piemontese con verdurine di stagione
- Dolce: fonduta di cioccolato fondente con spiedini di frutta o fragole e champagne
È molto importante poi scegliere il vino. Con il primo menù ci vuole assolutamente un bianco. Potreste optare per un vino del sud fermo durante le portate principali e lasciare le bollicine come aperitivo e per il dolce. Con il menù di carne, invece, si consiglia un vino rosso corposo, possibilmente piemontese da abbinare alla tartare di Fassone, altrimenti sono ottimi anche i rossi trentini. Infine, ricordatevi di servire il caffè con un cioccolatino aromatizzato al peperoncino (il cioccolato di Modica è afrodisiaco e abbastanza light).
Le porzioni devono essere molto piccole. La cena deve dare l’occasione alla coppia di assaggiare diverse cose, ma non appesantirsi.
