Kim Kardashian a dieta: ecco come ha fatto a tornare in forma

Un marito importante (forse è meglio dire noto), due figlie e una vita estremamente social. Che cosa sappia fare esattamente Kim Kardashian non è chiaro a nessuno: sicuramente la signora Kardashian sa fa parlare di sé, soprattutto per questo fisico a clessidra che molto ha messo in mostra. Ultimamente ha mostrato una silhouette di tutto rispetto, dopo una dieta che a quanto pare ha dato i suoi frutti.

La signora West, dopo la seconda gravidanza, ha deciso di rimodellare il suo fisico, mantenendo le curve mozzafiato che l’hanno resa famosa, ma con qualche chilo in meno.

Ha deciso di seguire la dieta Atkins, che prevede il consumo di alimenti a basso contenuto di carboidrati. E ovviamente fa molto cardio e pilates per mantenere le forme. Lo schema alimentare è il seguente:

  • Colazione: farina d’avena, uova strapazzate, servite con fragole, mirtilli e lamponi.
  • Pranzo: uova strapazzate con verdure, formaggio feta e pancetta fritta.
  • Cena: salmone, cavolini di Bruxelles e cipolle.

Le uova possono essere sostituite con carne bianca o rossa e pesce. Deve però assumere proteine a ogni pasto per aiutare a tenere sotto controllo la fame. La scienza ha dimostrato che chi mangia questa quantità giornaliera di proteine perde più peso rispetto a chi non la mangia, ovviamente da mangiare insieme a cibi ricchi di fibre (carciofi e zucca) e grassi sani (come avocado e olio d’oliva). È una dieta molto sbilanciata, che limita i carboidrati a 20 grammi al giorno. Decisamente troppo pochi. I risultati ci sono, perché ha dichiarato di pesare 54 chili.
