È bene essere attenti anche con la vitamina B6, presente in molti integratori (in Lipo-13, per esempio, ne contiene il 357% dell’apporto giornaliero consigliato), che inibisce l’efficacia dei medicinali anti Parkinson. L’estratto di pompelmo anche inibisce l’azione di molte molecole. Il consiglio è quello di perdere peso con una dieta personalizzata evitando prodotti di questo genere.
