Ma chi l’ha detto che i videogiochi fanno male alla salute e soprattutto alla linea? Che impigriscono corpo e mente? Da oggi con i nuovi videogiochi della nintendo, sto parlando di wii fit e la balance power, fare attività fisica non è più noioso e faticoso; vi potreste trovare a perdere chili di troppo semplicemente facendo a gara con vostro figlio, oppure giocando contro il vostro/a fidanzato/a.

E’ abbastanza risaputo che una dieta, per equilibrata ed ipocalorica che possa essere, per dare dei risultati duraturi e stabili nel tempo, deve essere accompagnata da una costante attività fisica. Ma non sempre abbiamo il tempo (e anche la disponibilità economica) di andare in palestra e così ci viene in aiuto la tecnologia. Pensate che stavo pensando di installare wii fit anche nel mio studio dentistico (pensavo: “faccio fare un po’ di attività fisica ai miei pazienti così si tranquillizzano prima di entrare!!”) poi il mio dottore mi ha bocciato l’idea e me lo sono messo a casa.
