Per l’impasto

  • 1 Kg di farina 00
  • 5 g di lievito di birra
  • 7 g di sale
  • Acqua tiepida q.b.

Per il condimento

  • 1 barattolo di passata rustica
  • Sottilette light
  • Sale q.b.
  • Olio extravergine q.b.
  • Basilico q.b.

Preparazione

  1. Scaldate leggermente l’acqua e versatela nella ciotola dove preparerete l’impasto della pizza.
  2. Fate sciogliere il lievito, incorporate metà della farina e impastate. Una volta ottenuta una specie di crema aggiungete il sale e la farina restante poco alla volta.
  3. Impastate per qualche minuto, poi quando la pasta non si appiccica al contenitore continuate a lavorarla su un piano infarinato.
  4. Coprite con un canovaccio e fate lievitare in un luogo privo di correnti per 6-8 ore.
  5. Nel frattempo preparate il condimento versando la passata di pomodori in una ciotola. Aggiungete il basilico, un pizzico di sale e un filo d’olio.
  6. Stendete l’impasto in 4 tegami leggermente oleati.
  7. Condite con poco condimento e fate cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 220-250°C per 15-20 minuti. Qualche minuto prima della fine della cottura disponete le sottilette fatte a listarelle in maniera concentrica come la tela del ragno.

Ingredienti

Per la pasta matta (simile alla pasta sfoglia)

  • 200 g di farina 00
  • 150 ml di acqua tiepida
  • Sale q.b.

Per farcire

  • 12 wurstel
  • Senape

Preparazione

  1. In una ciotola mescolate la farina con il sale.
  2. Incorporate un po’ per volta l’acqua tiepida (eventualmente potete aggiungere anche un po’ di olio per renderla più fragrante).
  3. Aggiungete l’acqua e lavorate bene fino a formare un impasto elastico.
  4. Fate una palla e lasciate riposare l’impasto circa 30 minuti avvolto nella pellicola trasparente.
  5. Stendere l’impasto sottile con il mattarello.
  6. Con una rotella tagliapasta ricavate 12 striscioline larghe più o meno 1,5 cm e avvolgete ogni wurstel con 1 striscia di pasta matta arrotolandola attorno (lasciate scoperta l’ultima parte per fare gli occhi della mummia).
  7. Foderate un tegame di carta da forno e adagiate i wurstel. Fate cuocere in forno a 180°C per 30 minuti circa.
  8. Intingete lo stuzzicadenti nella senape e fate gli occhi alle mummie.

Ingredienti

  • 500 ml di latte scremato (o di soia)
  • 2 cucchiai di cacao magro in polvere
  • 3 cucchiai di amido di mais
  • 1 cucchiaio di dolcificante liquido
  • 1 bustina di vanillina
  • Caramelle gommose a forma di vermi

Preparazione

  1. In una ciotola mescola tutti gli ingredienti e aggiungi un po’ di latte per amalgamare bene il tutto.
  2. Unisci il latte restante e metti sul fuoco. Mescola con un cucchiaio di legno fino a quando il composto non si sarà addensato.
  3. Trasferite il budino in una ciotola, fate raffreddare con la pellicola per alimenti direttamente a contatto con il budino per evitare che si crei la patina in superficie e mettete in frigo per qualche ora.
  4. Preparate delle ciotole singole con il budino, fate una spolverata di cacao in polvere e infilate qualche caramella gommosa a forma di budino.
