Seguire una dieta specifica se prescritta dal medico in base alle proprie condizioni di salute, lo ripetiamo, ma più generalmente mangiare buone quantità di frutta e verdura che con i loro nutrienti possono essere in grado di sostenere le nostre difese.

Come regolarsi? Meglio se più naturale possibile e privo di conservanti o troppi zuccheri raffinati: ce lo si può concedere ogni tanto ma senza esagerare nelle dosi,

In quarantena si può mangiare bene e sentirsi in forma anche senza stare a dieta soprattutto se ci si dedica a qualche allenamento in casa.
