D’estate l’idratazione della pelle è fondamentale, soprattutto quando si va al mare e si deve far fronte all’azione combinata del sole e della salsedine, che tendono ad asciugare l’epidermide. Non dimentichiamo, poi, che a cause delle alte temperature si tende a sudare maggiormente ed è importante integrare il Sali minerali persi attraverso la sudorazione.

La prima regola per mantenere la pelle idrata è senza dubbio bere l’acqua, almeno 2 litri al giorno, preferibilmente quella naturale. L’acqua gassata, infatti, favorisce il gonfiore addominale. Via libera anche alla frutta, fonte preziosa non soltanto di acqua, ma anche di vitamine e Sali minerali. A prima colazione, ad esempio si può gustare un frutto a piacere e fare il bis a metà giornata, magari una bella fetta di anguria, ricca di vitamine A e C e di licopene, potente antiossidante utile contro i radicali liberi, responsabili dell’invecchiamento precoce.

Anche a pranzo è bene consumare della frutta, una o due fette di melone serviranno a rinfrescarsi e a fare il pieno di antiossidanti tra cui il betacarotene, che stimola la produzione della melanina da parte dell’organismo. Per lo spuntino del pomeriggio si può optare per una bella macedonia di frutta, e per chiudere in bellezza, si può terminare la cena con un bel sorbetto di ananas. Vediamo insieme come prepararlo.

Sorbetto di ananas

Ingredienti

  • 1 ananas
  • 10 dl di succo di limone
  • 3 albumi
  • 1 litro di acqua
  • 100 g di zucchero

Preparazione

Pulite accuratamente l’ananas facendo in modo che non restino residui della buccia. Poi mettete l’acqua sul fuoco, e non appena arriva a bollore versate l’ananas precedentemente frullata, aggiungete il succo di limone e lo zucchero. Mescolate bene fino a quando non risulterà un composto cremoso e omogeneo.

Fate raffreddare e sistemate in un contenitore di vetro o di acciaio inox nel frezeer per 30 minuti. Nel frattempo montate gli albumi a neve ferma e incorporateli al composto. Rimettete in freezer e fate riposare almeno 5-6 ore, rimescolando il composto ogni 30-40 minuti per rompere i cristalli fino a quando non avrà la consistenza adeguata.
