dieta delle tre oreLe novità in fatto di diete non finiscono mai: c’è sempre qualcuno pronto ad inventarne di nuove e di più efficaci di quelle precedenti; oggi vi parleremo della dieta delle tre ore, un regime alimentare dimagrante che viene dagli Stati Uniti e che, come prevedibile, è già seguitissimo dalle dive di Hollywood, Angelina Jolie in primis. Scopriamo di cosa si tratta.

La dieta delle tre ore è stata ideata da Jorge Cruise e ha come obiettivo quello di eliminare la massa grassa a favore di quella magra, andando ad agire sul metabolismo in modo da permettere, così, una perdita di peso molto veloce.

A scanso di equivoci dovuti dal nome, con questa dieta non si dimagrisce seguendola solo per tre ore: si chiama così perché bisognerebbe mangiare ogni tre ore per mantenere costantemente attivo il metabolismo e quindi bruciare i grassi. In quest’ottica, i tre pasti principali, colazione, pranzo e cena, devono essere sempre molto leggeri ma del resto, facendo degli spuntini ogni tre ore, non c’è il rischio di arrivarvi affamati.

Fare degli spuntini spesso non significa mangiare quello che si vuole ogni tre ore: così sarebbe veramente difficile dimagrire! Piuttosto, gli spuntini devono apportare un massimo di 100 calorie e, soprattutto, devono essere consumati entro tre ore tra un pasto e l’altro, ammettendo massimo 15 minuti di scarto.

Secondo Jorge Cruise con questo sistema, il dimagrimento sarò graduale, ma anche piuttosto rapido e, soprattutto sano in quanto la massa grassa si scioglierà e aumenterà quella magra. Da non dimenticare l’esercizio fisico da praticare ogni giorno ma senza affannarsi: secondo Cruise sarebbero sufficienti 8 minuti.

L’autore di questa dieta ha fatto le cose in grande ideando diversi menù a seconda dei gusti e delle preferenze in fatto di alimentazione;  ad esempio c’è il menù “meat lovers”, per gli amanti della carne, che prevede per colazione due fette di petto di tacchino, uno spuntino a base di un piccolo brownie, pranzo con toast al prosciutto e fagiolini in insalata, merenda con una fetta di formaggio fuso e per cena un piccolo filetto accompagnato da insalata mista e patate lesse.

Questo è solo un esempio di menù della dieta delle tre ore, infatti, se non amate la carne potete scegliere tra il menù “carb lovers”, ideato per chi non sa rinunciare ai carboidrati e il menù “healty heart”, salutare soprattutto per il cuore.

Il menù “carb lovers” prevede per colazione prosciutto e formaggio, spuntino con quattro cracker, pranzo a base di pizza margherita; per merenda 30 noccioline e per cena un piatto di pasta con gamberetti e cavolfiore.

Il menù “healty heart” propone per colazione uno yogurt, una mela e quattro noci, come spuntino due carote e a pranzo un’insalata mista preparata con pomodori, mango, cipolle e gamberoni; per merenda una banana e a cena un petto di pollo alla piastra accompagnato da verdure.
