Cellulite, in che modo le calzature influenzano la ritenzione idrica?

Camminare e fare movimento è forse la tecnica migliore per contrastare l’insorgere della cellulite. Purtroppo però anche il modo in cui passeggiamo può influire sulla ritenzione idrica. Le calzature, infatti, hanno un ruolo fondamentale per il benessere del nostro corpo, dai dolori alla schiena a quelli ai piedi, alla buccia d’arancia.

Come abbiamo detto in tante occasioni, la cellulite dipende da una serie di fattori. Intanto, c’è una predisposizione sia genetica sia etnica, poi è influenzata dallo stile di vita (per esempio stare sedute con le gambe accavallate comprime la circolazione) e dall’alimentazione. Ricordiamoci che mangiare molti grassi, assumere troppo sale, non bere a sufficienza (almeno 2 litri al giorno) influisce sulla regolazione dei liquidi presenti nel fisico e di conseguenza favorisce l’insorgere di eventuali ristagni.

Fatta questa breve premessa è giusto poi considerare che le scarpe sono fondamentali non solo come accessorio per rendere un capo più elegante (o viceversa più sportivo), ma per favorire la salute della nostra schiena. Come regola generale, la scarpa deve avere non più di un paio di centimetri di tacco, un buon plantare, possibilmente non troppo stretto, ed essere confortevole. Insomma, amanti del tacco 12, fatevene una ragione.

I tacchi alti

Camminare con tacchi troppo alti, accentua l’inarcatura della schiena, creando dei forti dolori lombari e spesso anche dei dolori alla pianta del piede e alle gambe. Ne consegue che il movimento è rigido e la gamba non contrae in modo armonico la muscolatura. Ma c’è di più, perché i tacchi a spillo influenzano, in modo negativo, la naturale funzione di cuore periferico, invertendo la ripartizione del peso che poggia tra calcagno e avampiede. Quest’equilibrio è perfetto (50e50) con tacchi da 2 cm, mentre tende a pesare tutto nella parte anteriore del piede alzando il tacco. Il cuore periferico non riesce di conseguenza a pompare i liquidi verso l’alto, influenzando la circolazione.

Gli stivali

Non vanno assolutamente bene, neanche lo stivale, che sono caldi e confortevoli, ma tendono a costringere il polpaccio limitando la circolazione linfatica. Nessuno vieta l’utilizzo di questi accessori, semplicemente bisogna fare un po’ di attenzione: è bene non vivere sui tacchi e negli stivali (magari anch’essi dotati di spillo da 8 cm), nonostante i maestri di stile li additino come elementi estremamente chic. Inoltre, è importante pensare un po’ al lavoro che si fa: se si è costretti numerose ore al giorno in piedi, mettere i tacchi è davvero una tortura, mentre a un’impiegata potrebbero non dare poi’ così fastidio. Al contrario stare sedute numerose ore al giorno in ufficio o in macchina con gli stivali ai piedi, magari con riscaldamenti accesi che producono gran caldo, si rischia di comprimere troppo il piede e il polpaccio bloccando la circolazione.

Ricordiamo, a chi soffre di vene o di cellulite, che anche gli sbalzi di temperatura non sono salutari: pensate all’estate e al senso di pesantezza che gli arti inferiori devono contrastare. La stessa cosa succede quando s’indossano scarpe non idonee, magari troppo calde.

Le scarpe anticellulite

Esistono poi delle scarpe chiamate anticellulite perché sono dotate di una suola particolare in grado di contrastare i ristagni del microcircolo. Tutto questo è permesso tramite la suola venosa di lejars e al triangolo della volta (che si trova sulla pianta). Camminando il piede lavora a contatto con questa suola, che stimola attraverso il triangolo, a ogni passo, il ritorno linfatico-venoso. Inoltre, dovrebbero anche aiutare a rassodare i glutei e contrastare l’insorgere del mal di schiena, perché favoriscono l’assunzione di una postura (vedi gli Esercizi di ginnastica posturale) più equilibrata, scaricando lo stress e le tensioni dalla zona lombare. Certo, esteticamente non sono molto carine e non possono essere utilizzate in ogni occasioni.
