Anche le tisane devono essere disintossicanti, e per questo potete scegliere di prepararle a base di bardana, carciofo, tarassaco, aloe e cardo mariano.

Colazione: una spremuta di agrumi e una tisana disintossicante con un cucchiaino di miele
Spuntino: macedonia di frutta fresca
Pranzo: verdure al vapore condite con un cucchiaio di olio e limone, uno yogurt magro alla frutta, una spremuta di agrumi
Merenda: una tisana disintossicante con un cucchiaino di miele
Cena: minestra di verdure e due fette di ananas
