Sarà anche la dieta della pizza, ma come ogni regime alimentare che si rispetti pensato per perdere peso, porta l’organismo a lavorare in deficit calorico: questa dieta prevede infatti un menù da circa 1200 calorie al giorno e di base prevede a colazione frutta fresca, uno yogurt magro, un bicchiere di té e 3 fette biscottate integrali o 30 grammi di cereali integrali. Spuntino e merenda possono essere un bicchiere di tè verde, un frutto o uno yogurt sempre magro e la cena una pizza che sia margherita o con le verdure. Il pranzo è il pasto più variegato ma quasi sempre rappresentato da un’insalata o verdure in buone quantità dato il loro apporto calorico molto basso, unite a proteine molto leggere: una mozzarella, o 60 grammi di frittata, 1 fetta di formaggio.
Insomma, anche non declinando un’intera settimana si capisce come il pasto più calorico sia posto alla sera con la pizza, di tipologia mai ipercondita e comunque rientrando nel computo totale delle calorie assegnate. Come si perde peso nonostante i carboidrati serali? Molto semplice: con il rispetto delle giuste quantità di nutrienti, un po’ di attività fisica ed almeno due litri di acqua consumati. E’ una dieta efficace? Se si è una persona sana non affetta da patologie come il diabete.
