Numerosi sono i tipi di scorie alimentari che in estate rischiano di aumentare il lavoro di fegato e reni, rallentando il metabolismo. Oltre all’alcol, ci sono tossine che spesso passano in secondo piano, come i coloranti e gli aromi artificiali. Gelati, sciroppi, granite e cocktail estivi sono gli alimenti più camuffati con additivi e di cui è difficile verificare il contenuto (spesso sono serviti nei bar e quindi l’etichetta non può essere verificata).
Sarà quindi meglio evitare il consumo di cibi e bevande dai colori appariscenti e, nel caso, usare un integratore vegetale per disintossicarsi: Solidago virga aurea.
La solidago è una pianta erbacea dai fiori gialli, diffusa nei pascoli dell’Italia centro-settentrionale. Ha priorità diuretiche, disintossicanti, antinfiammatorie e decongestionanti. I flavonoidi e le saponine presenti nelle sommità fiorite della solidago hanno la capacità di stimolare la diuresi e quindi di favorire l’eliminazione delle tossine idrosolubili, ossia quelle che si possono sciogliere in acqua attraverso l’urina e di ridurre i liquidi in eccesso nell’organismo.
Il momento ideale per assumere la solidago virga aurea è al mattino; la preparazione più utilizzata è sotto forma di tintura madre in soluzione idroalcolica: 50 gocce a colazione da assumere con abbondante acqua per un mese. La solidago è anche un ottimo drenante del fegato e dei reni: in questo caso vanno assunti 5 granuli al 6 CH al mattino per almeno 3 mesi. Per potenziare l’attività della Solidago, devi rispettare alcuni accorgimenti alimentari che ne accentuano l’azione disintossicante e antinfiammatoria e ne migliorano l’azione tonica:
- Bevi circa 2 litri di acqua al giorno, prevalentemente al mattino e nel primo pomeriggio;
- Utilizza i sostituti del sale: gomasio, alghe, semi di sesamo, spezie ed erbe (maggiorana e origano sono le più diuretiche).
- Mangia ogni giorno melone e more, inattivano le tossine e favoriscono la diuresi;
- Privilegia cetrioli e pomodori: stimolano l’attività di fegato e reni e sbloccano il metabolismo;
- Per tutto il mese evita sale, cibi salati, dadi da cucina;
- No alle bevande gassate, zuccherate e colorate in modo artificiale;
- Non bere alcolici a stomaco vuoto o fuori pasto;
- Non mangiare gelati preconfezionati o industriali. Meglio i sorbetti fatti in casa.
