Se avete pensato di perdere peso senza mangiare avete sbagliato di grosso. Sicuramente dimagrirete, ma non è un modo corretto per far lavorare il metabolismo e soprattutto per evitare di acquisire nuovamente i chili smaltiti. È consigliabile, invece, fare un piccolo pasto ogni tre ore. Di conseguenza oltre alla colazione, al pranzo e alla cena sono fondamentali due spuntini.

In ufficio, però, soprattutto se si fa un lavoro particolarmente sedentario, i cibi grassi sono da evitare – e spesso, invece, sono le uniche alternative a disposizione. Sarebbe il massimo potersi preparare a casa o scegliere qualcosa di particolare e nutriente. Se non avete troppe idee, ecco alcuni snack perfetti:

 

  • Frutta fresca di stagione: possono essere mele, uva, magari anche una banana (se i chili da perdere sono pochi) o un piccola macedonia di mista.
  • Uno yogurt magro possibilmente alla frutta o con cereali integrali. No zuccheri aggiunti.
  • Edamame: è una preparazione a base di fagioli di soia acerbi, ricca di fibre e proteine. Conservatela nel frigo dell’ufficio, poi infilate il contenitore nel microonde e aggiungete un pomodorino per uno snack rapido e delizioso.
  • Centrifugati o frullati, sempre a base di frutta e verdura a scelta.
  • Cetrioli, carotine e qualche pezzetto di formaggio. Se siete delle amanti del salato avete tantissime alternative con cui divertirvi e deliziare il palato. Per esempio, sono ottime anche le gambe del sedano.
  • Purea di mele: deve essere senza zucchero; è l’ideale al mattino, vista l’elevata percentuale di fibre. Magari al posto della solita pausa caffè. Si può preparare togliendo o meno la buccia e aggiungendo una varietà di spezie e condimenti, dai chiodi di garofano alla cannella.
