Le fibre alimentari sono indispensabili per il buon funzionamento del nostro organismo, specialmente per il processo digestivo e la salute dell’intestino: ecco altri 5 alimenti ricchi di fibre da inserire nella nostra dieta quotidiana.

5 alimenti ricchi di fibre

Le fibre sono molto presenti nei cereali integrali oltre che in frutta, verdure e ortaggi, che vanno introdotti alla base di ogni dieta anche per le moltre altre virtù nutrizionali che presentano. Concentriamoci oggi su alcuni cibi che ne sono più ricchi per prestare maggiore attenzione alle scelte alimentari che ci permettono di aumentarne la quantità quotidiana.

Secondo l’Autorità Europea per la Sicurezza Alimentare, la nostra alimentazione dovrebbe prevedere una quantità di circa 25 grammi di fibre al giorno. In genera invece ne assumiamo appena 14 grammi se l’alimentazione non è correttamente bilanciata. Scopriamo come rimediare.

Mele

Se è vero che una mela al giorno toglie il medico di torno, è anche vero che ci fornisce ottime quantità di fibre. Ogni mela ne contiene circa 4 grammi.

Bulgur

Tra i cereali più utilizzati in Medio Oriente, si va ormai diffondendo largamente anche in Occidente. Il bulgur contiene fino a 6 grammi di fibre per porzione. Si può consumare caldo o freddo ed è ideale come sostituto del riso per un’insalata estiva.

Semi di chia

Questi piccolissimi semi, ideali per arricchire le insalate ma anche per un frullato o uno yogurt, sono ricchi di fibre. Ogni cucchiaio di semi di chia contiene anche proteine e calcio.

Kiwi

I kiwi sono tra i frutti più ricchi di fibre visto che un kiwi in media ne contiene circa 2-3 grammi. Sono inoltre ricchi di vitamina C. Perfetti per preparare frullati e macedonie oltre che da consumare come frutto a sé.

Cipolle

Ogni cipolla contiene circa 2 grammi di fibre tra cui si trova anche l’inulina, solubile in acqua e preziosa per abbassare i livelli di colesterolo nel sangue. Nel contempo attiva la regolarità dell’intestino.
