Dopo le feste, tra brindisi e abbuffate varie, arriva per tutti il conto da pagare… molti, infatti, appoggiando i piedi con sacro timore sulla bilancia, si sono ritrovati con quei 2-3 chili in più, che ora tocca necessariamente smaltire. Allarmarsi non serve a nulla, e se state pensando di risolvere tutto con il digiuno o diete drastiche, cancellatelo dalla vostra mente. Tra eccessi e restrizioni, infatti, si rischia addirittura di peggiorare la situazione, e soprattutto non fa bene all’organismo.

Per dimagrire e disintossicarsi bisogna, prima di tutto, eliminare gli alimenti e le bevande di cui durante le feste si è abusato: alcol, salsine, insaccati, formaggi, dolci e tutti i cibi particolarmente conditi. In secondo luogo, è necessario disintossicare l’organismo bevendo molto, almeno 1 litro e mezzo di acqua, da distribuire durante tutto l’arco della giornata, anche sotto forma di infusi e tisane. I più indicati sono quelli a base di anice stellato, bardana, carciofo e tarassaco, anche il tè rosso è particolarmente efficace.

Tra gli alimenti da consumare, è opportuno preferire quelli che favoriscono la digestione e riducono il gonfiore addominale, come il finocchio, la cicoria e il carciofo. Per quanto riguarda lo spuntino di metà mattina e metà pomeriggio le spremute di agrumi o la frutta secca sono l’ideale, assicurando anche un buon apporto di vitamina C. In caso di voglia di qualcosa di dolce, meglio scegliere uno yogurt, gustoso e amico della flora intestinale.

Per depurare l’organismo e dire addio alla “ciccia” concentrata soprattutto sul girovita e sui fianchi è importante stimolare il metabolismo. A tale scopo non bisogna abolire il pane o la pasta, basta semplicemente ridurre le quantità, variando l’alimentazione il più possibile. Via libera al pesce, alle carni magre come pollo e tacchino, alle verdure, sia cotte che crude.

Per dimagrire non basta mangiare di meno e meglio, chiaramente, chi vuole ritrovare la forma pre-abbuffate deve iscriversi in palestra o fare comunque un po’ di sano movimento. Un’idea per chi non ha tempo e soldi da spendere? Mezz’ora di camminata a piedi a passo svelto, andare a lavoro senza auto, salire le scale a piedi, anche con le buste della spesa!
